Maximum Gymnastix birthday parties offer active and entertaining parties that not only your child with love, but you will too! We take the stress out of planning a birthday party by providing you with all tableware, all the activities and TWO dedicated party hosts to organize everything! We provide a fun environment for your child and their guests to explore their wild side! We have a tumble track to bounce on, an ever-challenging variety of equipment and so much more!
Packages
Midas Touch
$285 for up to 15 kids (including birthday participant)
Party includes:
- 2 Instructors
- 2-hour party (75 minutes in the gym/45 minutes in Party area…time can be altered in different increments if need be)
- Table coverings, napkins, plates in the color of your choice
- Individual cupcakes for those in the birthday party count
- 1 slice of cheese pizza for those in the birthday party count
- Small goodie bag for children in the birthday party count
Milo Magnificent
$325 for up to 15 kids (including birthday participant)
Party includes:
- 2 Instructors
- 2-hour party (60 minutes in the gym/15 minutes for an activity or craft/45 minutes in the Party area…time can be altered in different increments if need be)
- Table coverings, napkins, plates in the theme of your choice
- Individual cupcakes for those in the birthday party count
- 1 slice of cheese pizza for those in the birthday party count
- Small goodie bag for children in the birthday party count
Simply Archie
$230 for up to 15 kids (including birthday participant)
Party includes:
- 2 Instructors
- 2-hour party (75 minutes in the gym/45 minutes in the Party area…time can be altered in different increments if need be)
- Small goodie bag for children in the birthday party count
- You bring table covering
- You bring food
- You bring cupcakes
**If you wish for additional time, it’s $20 per extra half-hour. Parties are allowed a 10 minute grace period after their party for clean up. If you remain longer than 10 minutes, a $20 late fee may be applied. If you have over 15 kids, each additional child that attends is $20 per child.

Party Details
All parties are 2-hour parties which include 75 minutes in the gym and 45 minutes in the party room area. All Parties at Maximum Gymnastics are PRIVATE!
You are guaranteed 2 instructors/assistants per 15 children attending the party (Includes birthday child). Siblings are also included in the number count.
No child may participate without a signed waiver by his or her own legal guardian. NO EXCEPTIONS.
$50 of the total cost of your party is the deposit and is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you have to cancel your party, you must do so within 48 hours of your scheduled party to get monies returned minus the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. If you wish to reschedule your party you may do so within a 6 month period of the original booking date.
Children that attend the party should come dressed ready to participate in physical activity. They are not required to wear a leotard but they should wear clothing that does not have any snaps, buttons, or zippers that can catch on matting or scratch equipment. Please make sure you put this information in your invitations or give the proper information to your guests.
You may arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for set up.
Once eating begins of any kind, the gymnastics portion of the party ceases. Due to the activity involved during the parties and the fact it is a physical activity, we find it best to NOT let the children back in the gym after eating.
A credit card on file is required at the time of your party booking. The final party balance will be billed on the first business day after your party date.
A confirmed headcount is required the Wednesday prior to the party to confirm your package price and staffing requirements. (This count includes the Birthday child)
If you have fewer guests attend the party than your confirmed guest count, you will still be charged the confirmed package price. If you have more guests attend the party than confirmed, you will be charged for each additional child that attends.
Parents are never allowed on any equipment but parents are allowed in the gym area to observe the party.
Alcoholic beverages are never allowed on the premises during a party.
